For beginners or people who haven’t run for many years. Maybe you are a walker who wants to progress to jogging consistently or you can already jog and want to improve your fitness and stamina.
This package will consist of as many sessions as you require. 5 is recommended as a minimum to enable you to develop progressively. These sessions can be either half or full hour depending on your ability and are on a 1 to 1 basis with Neil.
After an initial consultation to determine your needs and current ability Neil will take you out jogging on local routes where he will establish a routine that you are comfortable with in order to achieve your goal. This could be walk / jog splits or consistent jogging over increasing time or distance in order to develop your ability.
During each session Neil will help with your technique and basic running form, advise on exercises you can do in your own time to assist your running and generally support and motivate you to keep fit or improve as per your goal.
