All services will begin with a free half hour consultation where prospective Clients are able to lay out their specific requirements or alternatively seek advice on which area they should consider working on with Neil to develop and achieve their goals.
Clients are under no obligation to book a specific number of sessions after the initial consultation.
For clients local to Neil (Burntisland, Aberdour & Kinghorn) he is able to meet them at their house to enable training in their local area.
For beginners or people who haven’t run for many years. Maybe you are a walker who wants to progress to jogging consistently or you can already jog and want to improve your fitness and stamina.
This package will consist of as many sessions as you require. 5 is recommended as a minimum....
This package is for those who are looking to improve their existing running ability in order to reduce their Personal Best (PB) times in races or enable them to run further with less fatigue. Number of sessions will depend on your needs, a minimum of 3 is recommended.
Neil is able to offer a Training Plan service. After an initial consultation on your current running ability and race plans / goals he can design a training plan for you to follow and also offer support during the plan term.
