This package is for those who are looking to improve their existing running ability in order to reduce their Personal Best (PB) times in races or enable them to run more efficiently with less fatigue. Number of sessions will depend on your needs, a minimum of 3 is recommended.
During an initial consultation to understand your needs and agree a number of sessions I will discuss with you any particular issues you have with any aspect of your running.
We can then agree the content of your 1 to 1 training sessions and start working together on items such as analysing your current running form, looking at your average cadence and developing any weak areas you are concerned with.
In these sessions I can advise on how to improve your running economy & technique and work on any weak areas identified. I will suggest improvements that we can either work on together in further sessions or you take away for training on your own, such as:
Specific running drills
Strength exercises for running
Speed endurance training
Stength endurance training
