Training Plans

 

Neil is able to offer a basic Training Plan service. After an initial consultation on your current running ability and race plans or goals he can design a training plan for you to follow and also offer support during the plan term.

 

Neil will design a plan unique to you including your:

 

  • Pace for each type of training session

  • Suggested Cross training sessions

  • Supporting Core strength exercises

  • Dynamic stretching exercises
